Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item should be returned with its original packaging and accessories, where applicable.

• Proof of purchase or order information may be required.

• The item must not show signs of damage, misuse, alteration, or excessive wear.

To request a return, please contact us before sending the product back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will review the situation and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, return option, or refund.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow your payment provider or financial institution additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return where applicable, including products that have been personalized, modified, damaged through customer use, or otherwise made unsuitable for resale.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly shipped, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
